The 2nd African Psychology Leadership Summit will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 23 and 24 March 2024.
All the Presidents of PAPU National Members will be in attendance. This critical 2nd African Psychology Leadership Summit will include the 3rd PAPU Council, and will:
- help shape the 10th Anniversary PAPU Congress to be held in Johannesburg (together with the 30th Anniversary PsySSA Congress from 8 to 11 October 2024);
- be a strategic planning session for psychology’s development in Africa;
- consider the agenda of the next PAPU Assembly (to be convened during the 10th Anniversary Congress), where elections for the next PAPU leadership will be held; and
- address the needs of national members and what they wish PAPU to do to secure psychology as a science and practice in their countries, region and continent.
